We run lean. anota is built on efficient, modern infrastructure without decades of legacy systems or a large enterprise sales organization to feed — and we pass that difference on as price.
Your forms show a friendly “temporarily unavailable” message to new respondents until the month resets or you upgrade. We never silently drop or charge for overage.
Payments go through your own Stripe account. Standard Stripe processing fees apply; anota adds a small platform fee that decreases on higher plans.
Yes — upgrades apply immediately, downgrades at your next renewal, and you can cancel self-service from your billing page. Annual plans are refunded pro-rata within the first 30 days.
