anota connects to Claude, Anthropic's AI assistant. Describe the form you need in a conversation and anota builds it, publishes it, and reports back on your responses.
Included on every plan — the free one too.
Done. I created “Registration — Photography workshop” in your anota account with three fields:

Connection guide
Five minutes and no code. All you need is an anota account and a Claude plan with connectors.
In your anota account, generate a key from API keys. For security it's shown only once — copy it right then.
In Claude, go to Settings → Connectors and add a custom connector with your key as the Bearer token and this URL:
https://anota-app.azurewebsites.net/mcpThat's it. Open a conversation and ask for what you need — create, edit, publish, or review submissions. Claude works anota for you.

What it can do
The connector gives Claude the same tools you use in anota — with your permission and only inside your workspace.
Describe what you need — fields, pages, validation — and Claude builds the complete form in your account.
Add a phone field, change options, or make a question required — with a single sentence.
Put your form live in a moment and get the public link, ready to send to anyone.
Ask for last week's responses, the unread ones, or the ones matching a condition — without opening the inbox.
Totals, trends, and completion rates at a glance, right in the conversation.
Ask Claude to start from an anota template — contact, events, HR — and adapt it to your case.
Your data lives in anota; Claude accesses it only through your key, and only your workspace. Revoke it anytime.
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets AI assistants like Claude connect to applications securely. The anota connector is an MCP server: it exposes your forms as tools Claude can use for you during the conversation.
Nothing. The connector is included on every anota plan, the free one too. Your Claude plan is separate, directly with Anthropic.
Custom connectors are available on Claude's paid plans — Pro, Max, Team, and Enterprise — on both the web and the desktop app. You add them under Settings → Connectors.
Delete the key on the API keys page inside anota. Access is cut off instantly, and you can create a new key whenever you want.
Yes. Your key travels encrypted over HTTPS, is stored hashed — never in plain text — and only grants access to your workspace. Claude sees only what you ask for in the conversation, and your data never leaves anota for anywhere else.
Create your API key, connect Claude, and tell it what you need. anota takes care of the rest.
